1.3 Live Chat Data

Depending on which of our products you use, we may collect the following additional data:
- IntonationAI: Audio recordings (processed in real-time and not stored unless you opt in), practice session data, and instrument preferences
- IntoMeeting: Meeting transcripts (stored in your Firestore collection), knowledge base documents, and meeting summaries
- IntoMarketing: Brand documents, content drafts, analytics data, and connected platform credentials (encrypted)

We use the information we collect to:

3. Data Storage & Security
Contact form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the Singapore region (asia-southeast1). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
- Encryption at rest (Google Cloud default encryption)
- Access controls limited to authorised personnel
- Regular security reviews
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Google Analytics — website analytics and traffic measurement. Data may be processed on Google servers outside Singapore. Google's privacy policy applies.
- Tidio — live chat support. Chat data is processed according to Tidio's privacy policy.
- Stripe — payment processing for IntonationAI subscriptions. Stripe handles all payment card data directly and is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your payment card information.
- Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure hosting for our services and data storage.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — used for AI content generation in IntoMarketing. Data sent to Anthropic is processed according to their usage policies and is not used to train their models.
- Google Vertex AI — used for AI features across all of our products. Data is processed within Google Cloud infrastructure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted
- Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months)
- Chat transcripts: retained according to Tidio's data retention policy
- Contractual and billing records: retained for 7 years as required by Singapore tax and accounting regulations
6. Singapore PDPA Compliance
We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. Under the PDPA:
- We collect personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate under the circumstances

- IntoMarketing: Content generated by the platform is stored in your account and can be deleted at any time.
We do not use customer data to train AI models.
